CCT8, Cctq, D21S246, KIAA0002, PRED71, C21orf112
Application Note:
CCT8 antibody can be used for detection of CCT8 by ELISA at 1:62500. CCT8 antibody can be used for detection of CCT8 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
As a molecular chaperone; CCT8 assists the folding of proteins upon ATP hydrolysis. It is known to play a role, in vitro, in the folding of actin and tubulin.
