Application Note:
CSGALNACT1 antibody can be used for detection of CSGALNACT1 by ELISA at 1:312500. CSGALNACT1 antibody can be used for detection of CSGALNACT1 by western blot at 1.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
CSGALNACT1 is a transfers 1,4-N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) from UDP-GalNAc to the non-reducing end of glucuronic acid (GlcUA). It is required for addition of the first GalNAc to the core tetrasaccharide linker and for elongation of chondroitin chains.
