FCGRT antibody can be used for detection of FCGRT by ELISA at 1:62500. FCGRT antibody can be used for detection of FCGRT by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
FCGRT binds to the Fc region of monomeric immunoglobulins gamma. It mediates the uptake of IgG from milk. It plays a possible role in transfer of immunoglobulin G from mother to fetus.
