Application Note:
NDRG1 antibody can be used for detection of NDRG1 by ELISA at 1:312500. NDRG1 antibody can be used for detection of NDRG1 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
NDRG1 is a member of the N-myc downregulated protein family which belongs to the alpha/beta hydrolase superfamily. NDRG1 is a cytoplasmic protein involved in stress responses, hormone responses, cell growth, and differentiation.
