Further Information

Additional Names:
SERPINE1, PAI, PAI-1, PAI1, PLANH1
Application Note:
SERPINE1 antibody can be used for detection of SERPINE1 by ELISA at 1:1562500. SERPINE1 antibody can be used for detection of SERPINE1 by western blot at 1.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SERPINE1 acts as 'bait' for tissue plasminogen activator, urokinase, and protein C. Its rapid interaction with TPA may function as a major control point in the regulation of fibrinolysis.
