Application Note:
SLC29A2 antibody can be used for detection of SLC29A2 by ELISA at 1:312500. SLC29A2 antibody can be used for detection of SLC29A2 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SLC29A2 mediates equilibrative transport of purine, pyrimidine nucleosides and the purine base hypoxanthine. It is less sensitive than SLC29A1 to inhibition by nitrobenzylthioinosine (NBMPR), dipyridamole, dilazep and draflazine.
