Further Information

Additional Names:
SLC7A1, ATRC1, CAT-1, ERR, HCAT1, REC1L
Application Note:
SLC7A1 antibody can be used for detection of SLC7A1 by ELISA at 1:62500. SLC7A1 antibody can be used for detection of SLC7A1 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SLC7A1 is a high-affinity, low capacity permease involved in the transport of the cationic amino acids (arginine, lysine and ornithine) in non-hepatic tissues. It may also function as an ecotropic retroviral leukemia receptor.
