Application Note:
TGFBI antibody can be used for detection of TGFBI by ELISA at 1:312500. TGFBI antibody can be used for detection of TGFBI by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TGFBI Binds to type I, II, and IV collagens. This adhesion protein may play an important role in cell-collagen interactions. In cartilage, may be involved in endochondral bone formation.
