Application Note:
TYRP1 antibody can be used for detection of TYRP1 by ELISA at 1:312500. TYRP1 antibody can be used for detection of TYRP1 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TYRP1 catalyses the oxidation of 5,6-dihydroxyindole-2-carboxylic acid (DHICA) into indole-5,6-quinone-2-carboxylic acid. It may regulate or influence the type of melanin synthesized.
