Application Note:
SLCO2B1 antibody can be used for detection of SLCO2B1 by ELISA at 1:62500. SLCO2B1 antibody can be used for detection of SLCO2B1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SLCO2B1 mediates the Na+-independent transport of organic anions such as taurocholate, the prostaglandins PGD2, PGE1, PGE2, leukotriene C4, thromboxane B2 and iloprost.
