Further Information

Additional Names:
TRPM3, GON-2, MLSN2, LTRPC3
Application Note:
TRPM3 antibody can be used for detection of TRPM3 by ELISA at 1:1562500. TRPM3 antibody can be used for detection of TRPM3 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
The product of the TRPM3 gene belongs to the family of transient receptor potential (TRP) channels. TRP channels are cation-selective channels important for cellular calcium signaling and homeostasis. The protein encoded by TRPM3 mediates calcium entry, and this entry is potentiated by calcium store depletion.
