Storage:
MDC lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20˚C. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1 - 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4

Further Information

Additional Names:
ABCD 1, CC chemokine STCP 1, CCL 22, MGC34554, SCYA22, Small inducible cytokine subfamily A Cys Cys member 22, STCP 1, Stimulated T cell chemotactic protein 1, MDC, A-152E5.1, C-C motif chemokine 22, CC chemokine STCP-1MDC, ABCD-1, STCP-1, DC/B-CK
Application Note:
ELISA:

In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/mL of recombinant human MDC when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MDC (XP-5229Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 μg/mL.

Western Blot:

To detect hMDC by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMDC is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
Background:
The MDC gene is one of several Cys-Cys (CC) cytokine genes which are clustered on the q arm of chromosome 16.
Concentration:
batch dependent
Conjugate:
Unconjugated
Immunogen:
The monoclonal antibody was produced in BALB/c X ICR F1 mice using recombinant human MDC as the immunizing antigen.
