Further Information

Additional Names:
CHRNA3, LNCR2, PAOD2, NACHRA3
Application Note:
CHRNA3 antibody can be used for detection of CHRNA3 by ELISA at 1:312500. CHRNA3 antibody can be used for detection of CHRNA3 by western blot at 0.1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
The CHRNA3 subunit is expressed in the soma of the majority of pyramidal cells, with the most alpha 3 immunoreactivity observed in CA2-4 and entorhinal cortex and relatively less in CA1 and subicular pyramidal cell soma.
