Application Note:
CHST2 antibody can be used for detection of CHST2 by ELISA at 1:62500. CHST2 antibody can be used for detection of CHST2 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
N-acetylglucosamine-6-O-sulfotransferases, such as CHST2, catalyze the transfer of sulfate from 3-prime-phosphoadenosine 5-prime-phosphosulfate (PAPS) to position 6 of a nonreducing N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) residue.
