Additional Names:
KCTD11, REN, KCASH1, C17orf36, REN/KCTD11
Application Note:
KCTD11 antibody can be used for detection of KCTD11 by ELISA at 1:62500. KCTD11 antibody can be used for detection of KCTD11 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
The KCTD11 gene encodes a protein that has been identified as a suppressor of Hedgehog signaling. Its inactivation might lead to a deregulation of the tumor-promoting Hedgehog pathway in medulloblastoma.
