Application Note:
TMPO antibody can be used for detection of TMPO by ELISA at 1:312500. TMPO antibody can be used for detection of TMPO by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TMPO may be involved in the structural organization of the nucleus and in the post-mitotic nuclear assembly. It plays an important role, together with LMNA, in the nuclear anchorage of RB1.
