Further Information

Additional Names:
CDR2, CDR62, Yo
Application Note:
CDR2 antibody can be used for detection of CDR2 by ELISA at 1:312500. CDR2 antibody can be used for detection of CDR2 by western blot at 5.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
cdr2 normally sequesters c-Myc in the neuronal cytoplasm, thereby down-regulating c-Myc activity, and suggest a mechanism whereby inhibition of cdr2 function by autoantibodies in PCD may contribute to Purkinje neuronal.
