Application Note:
ERLIN1 antibody can be used for detection of ERLIN1 by ELISA at 1:62500. ERLIN1 antibody can be used for detection of ERLIN1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Erlin-1 belongs to the band 7/mec-2 family. Erlin-1 and erlin-2 are novel members of the prohibitin family of proteins that define lipid-raft-like domains of the ER.
