WDFY3, ALFY, KIAA0993, MGC16461, ZFYVE25
Application Note:
WDFY3 antibody can be used for detection of WDFY3 by ELISA at 1:62500. WDFY3 antibody can be used for detection of WDFY3 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
WDFY3 is a protein which contains WD repeats and an FYVE domain. WDFY3 might target cytosolic protein aggregates for autophagic degradation. This gene encodes a protein which contains WD repeats and an FYVE domain. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene, but the full-length nature of some variants has not been defined.
