Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 150kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 134kDa according to Human NP_001127835.2). Preliminary experiments also showed a 150kDa band in lU2OS cell lysate and in Human Smooth Muscle lysate.. The observed molecular weight corresponds to different antibodies from other commercial sources..Recommended concentration: 0.3-1ug/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
