Application Note:
SAC antibody can be used for detection of SAC by ELISA at 1:62500. SAC antibody can be used for detection of SAC by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SAC belongs to a distinct class of mammalian adenylyl cyclase that is soluble and insensitive to G protein or forskolin regulation. It is localized in the cytoplasm and is thought to function as a general bicarbonate sensor throughout the body.
