Application Note:
DAZ4 antibody can be used for detection of DAZ4 by ELISA at 1:312500. DAZ4 antibody can be used for detection of DAZ4 by western blot at 1.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
This gene is a member of the DAZ gene family and is a candidate for the human Y-chromosomal azoospermia factor (AZF). This RNA-binding protein is important for spermatogenesis.
