EXOSC2 antibody can be used for detection of EXOSC2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. EXOSC2 antibody can be used for detection of EXOSC2 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
EXOSC2 belongs to the exosome, a RNA-processing complex, which is at least involved in the 3' processing of the 7S pre-rRNA to the mature 5.8S rRNA. It exhibits a 3'-5' exoribonuclease activity.
