Application Note:
EXOSC3 antibody can be used for detection of EXOSC3 by ELISA at 1:312500. EXOSC3 antibody can be used for detection of EXOSC3 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
EXOSC3 is component of the exosome 3'->5' exoribonuclease complex and is required for the 3' processing of the 7S pre-RNA to the mature 5.8S rRNA.
