Application Note:
EXOSC7 antibody can be used for detection of EXOSC7 by ELISA at 1:1562500. EXOSC7 antibody can be used for detection of EXOSC7 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
EXOSC7 belongs to the RNase PH family. It is a component of the exosome 3'->5' exoribonuclease complex and is required for the 3' processing of the 7S pre-RNA to the mature 5.8S rRNA.
