HNRPA3, FBRNP, HNRPA3, D10S102, 2610510D13Rik
Application Note:
HNRPA3 antibody can be used for detection of HNRPA3 by ELISA at 1:12500. HNRPA3 antibody can be used for detection of HNRPA3 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
HNRPA3 plays a role in cytoplasmic trafficking of RNA. It binds to the cis-acting response element (A2RE) and may be involved in pre-mRNA splicing
