Application Note:
HNRPA3 antibody can be used for detection of HNRPA3 by ELISA at 1:62500. HNRPA3 antibody can be used for detection of HNRPA3 by western blot at 5.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
HNRPA3 contains 2 RRM (RNA recognition motif) domains and plays a role in cytoplasmic trafficking of RNA. It binds to the cis-acting response element, A2RE and may be involved in pre-mRNA splicing.
