Application Note:
KRT14 antibody can be used for detection of KRT14 by ELISA at 1:312500. KRT14 antibody can be used for detection of KRT14 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
KRT14 is a type I keratin, which is usually found as a heterotetramer with two keratin 5 molecules, a type II keratin. Together they form the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells.
