Application Note:
A1BG antibody can be used for detection of A1BG by ELISA at 1:1562500. A1BG antibody can be used for detection of A1BG by western blot at 0.1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
A1BG is a plasma glycoprotein of unknown function. It shows sequence similarity to the variable regions of some immunoglobulin supergene family member proteins.
