Application Note:
CES7 antibody can be used for detection of CES7 by ELISA at 1:312500. CES7 antibody can be used for detection of CES7 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

CES7 belongs to the type-B carboxylesterase/lipase family. It is involved in the detoxification of xenobiotics and in the activation of ester and amide prodrugs.
