Further Information

Additional Names:
ASB8, FLJ21255, MGC5540, PP14212
Application Note:
ASB8 antibody can be used for detection of ASB8 by ELISA at 1:312500. ASB8 antibody can be used for detection of ASB8 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
ASB8 may be a substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins.
