Application Note:
LTA4H antibody can be used for detection of LTA4H by ELISA at 1:312500. LTA4H antibody can be used for detection of LTA4H by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
LTA4H hydrolyzes an epoxide moiety of leukotriene A4 (LTA-4) to form leukotriene B4 (LTB-4). The enzyme also has some peptidase activity.
