Monocyte differentiation antigen CD14, Myeloid cell-specific leucine-rich glycoprotein,
Application Note:
CD14 antibody can be used for the detection of CD14 by Western blot, may also work for IHC and ICC.
Background:
Human CD14 antigen. CD14 is a surface protein preferentially expressed on monocytes/macrophages. It binds lipopolysaccharide binding protein and recently has been shown to bind apoptotic cells.
