Application Note:
CHN1 antibody can be used for detection of CHN1 by ELISA at 1:62500. CHN1 antibody can be used for detection of CHN1 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
CHN1 contains 1 phorbol-ester/DAG-type zinc finger, 1 Rho-GAP domain and 1 SH2 domain. CHN1 is a GTPase-activating protein for p21-rac and a phorbol ester receptor. It may play an important role in neuronal signal-transduction mechanisms.
