DACH2 antibody can be used for detection of DACH2 by ELISA at 1:62500. DACH2 antibody can be used for detection of DACH2 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Most X autosome translocations associated with premature ovarian failure do not interrupt X-linked genes. Only one of the six breakpoints disrupts the DACH2 gene.
