Additional Names:
EBF4, Ebf3, O/E-4, Olf-1
Application Note:
EBF4 antibody can be used for detection of EBF4 by ELISA at 1:312500. EBF4 antibody can be used for detection of EBF4 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
EBF4 is a member of Olf-1/Ebf-like gene family. It is expressed in the neuronal and basal cell layers of olfactory epithelium and may interact with other O/E family members to regulate gene expression in the olfactory sensory neurons.
