Application Note:
GTF2F2 antibody can be used for detection of GTF2F2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. GTF2F2 antibody can be used for detection of GTF2F2 by western blot at 1.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
GTF2F2 synergizes with HIV-1 Tat and the cellular coactivator Tat-SF1 during Tat-mediated transactivation of the HIV-1 LTR promoter.
