Application Note:
PSIP1 antibody can be used for detection of PSIP1 by ELISA at 1:12500. PSIP1 antibody can be used for detection of PSIP1 by western blot at 0.125 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

PSIP1 encodes a multidomain adaptor protein that interacts with the nuclear import apparatus, lentiviral IN proteins and chromatin by means of an NLS, an IBD and additional chromatin-interacting domains.
