SP140 antibody can be used for detection of SP140 by ELISA at 1:62500. SP140 antibody can be used for detection of SP140 by western blot at 5.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SP140 is the nuclear body protein found specifically in all NP cells. HIV-1 infection induced its partial dispersal from nuclear bodies into cytosolic colocalization with Vif.
