Further Information

Additional Names:
TRIM31, RNF, HCG1, HCGI, C6orf13
Application Note:
TRIM31 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM31 by ELISA at 1:12500. TRIM31 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM31 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TRIM31 encodes for a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to both the cytoplasm and the nucleus.
