Further Information

Additional Names:
TRIM41, RINCK
Application Note:
TRIM41 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM41 by ELISA at 1:1562500. TRIM41 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM41 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
The TRIM41 gene encodes a protein observed in the cytoplasm and the nucleus. Nuclear transport is mediated by an N-terminal segment common to both alpha and beta isoforms, but independent of a classical nuclear localization signal sequence.
