TRIM9, RNF91, SPRING
Application Note:
TRIM9 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM9 by ELISA at 1:312500. TRIM9 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM9 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TRIM9 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies. Its function has not been identified. Alternate splicing of this gene generates two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
