Application Note:
TTC12 antibody can be used for detection of TTC12 by ELISA at 1:1562500. TTC12 antibody can be used for detection of TTC12 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TTC12 contains 3 TPR repeats. Hypermethylation of TTC12 gene may play a role in acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Haplotypic variants in DRD2, ANKK1, TTC12, and NCAM1 are associated with comorbid alcohol and drug dependence.
