Application Note:
ZMYM4 antibody can be used for detection of ZMYM4 by ELISA at 1:312500. ZMYM4 antibody can be used for detection of ZMYM4 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
ZMYM4 regulates apoptosis by altering mRNA turnover and CDIR inhibits apoptosis by acting as a competitive inhibitor of AUF1, preventing AUF1 from binding to its targets.
