Application Note:
NFAT5 antibody can be used for detection of NFAT5 by ELISA at 1:62500. NFAT5 antibody can be used for detection of NFAT5 by western blot at 0.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

Nfat5 contains 1 RHD (Rel-like) domain, and plays a role in the inducible expression of genes. Nfat5 regulates hypertonicity-induced cellular accumulation of osmolytes. Nfat5 might be capable of forming stable dimers with DNA elements
