Further Information

Additional Names:
NKX2-2, Nkx2.2, tinman, Nkx-2.2
Application Note:
NKX2-2 antibody can be used for detection of NKX2-2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. NKX2-2 antibody can be used for detection of NKX2-2 by western blot at 0.125 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Nkx2-2 contains 1 homeobox DNA-binding domain which is essential for interaction with OLIG2. Nkx2-2 may be involved in specifying diencephalic neuromeric boundaries, and in controlling the expression of genes that play a role in axonal guidance.
