Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 100kDa band observed in Human Skeletal Muscle lysates (calculated MW of 97.4kDa according to NP_004384.4). Approx 80kDa band observed in Mouse and Rat Skeletal Muscle lysates (calculated MW of 96.9kDa according to NP_034147.1). The observed molecular weights correspond to the glycosylated form of alpha-dystroglycan. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml.
