Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Customer's experiments gave a band at approx 160kDa in lysates of a Mouse Macrophage cell line after 2ug/ml antibody staining (calculated MW of 135kDa according to NP_004901.1). In ICC the customer found staining of vesicular cytoplasm in the same cell line.
