Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Experiments gave bands at approx 60kDa and 35kDa in Human Placenta lysates. These bands correspond to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. This protein has a calculated MW of 49.9kDa according to NP_001236.4. Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5ug/ml.
