Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 30kDa band observed in Human Lymph Node lysates (calculated MW of 29.2kDa according to NP_005810.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Human STX6 a band of approx. 30kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1ug/ml.
